Yes, absolutely. If you have other animals that need our services, we would be happy to provide what is needed. We are experienced and fully insured for household pet care as well as equine care!
If you live within an hour from Pittsfield, MA, you are in our service area. If you are over an hour away from Pittsfield, MA. we may still be able to service you for an additional charge.
Our hours depend on your needs! If you require early morning or late night care, we are here to help. Call or email today to schedule an appointment.
The services we provide are not limited to what is listed above. If you do not see the service you require, please reach out to me via email or phone so that we can best assist you.
We value your time and our resources. To ensure that we can serve all our clients fairly, please review our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Notice:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.
Refunds:
Refunds are only available for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.
Emergencies:
We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
